Scope of the website service

These terms concern free access to business information, product presentations, the catalogue, downloads and preparing and sending an enquiry. The websites are directed primarily to business customers. They do not provide accounts, online checkout or online payment.
Product information and inquiries
Selecting a product, sending an enquiry, opening an email draft or downloading material does not place an order or conclude a product supply agreement. Product availability, specifications, quantities, price and delivery terms must be agreed through the relevant commercial communication.
Review your products, quantities and contact details before choosing Send enquiry. The website then submits the enquiry to our server for email delivery to office@spalberg.eu. The reference confirms acceptance by the mail server, not acceptance of an order. Email links and any offered email-draft option require you to send the message through your own email service. You can also write directly to office@spalberg.eu.

They are distinct from these website terms; their application to a transaction depends on the arrangements for that transaction. Simply viewing or downloading them does not constitute acceptance of a commercial contract.
Access and technical requirements
Access requires an internet connection and a current web browser. Interactive features require JavaScript. Remembered language choices and product selections require the corresponding browser storage. To use a mailto link, you need a configured email application or webmail handler; otherwise copy the email address and send a message manually.
Use begins when you request a public page or feature and can be ended by closing it. No account cancellation is required. Closing the page does not necessarily delete browser preferences or a draft already opened in an email application. Use an updated browser and protect your device and email account. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information in an inquiry. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or because of technical faults; report problems to office@spalberg.eu.
Lawful use and materials
Do not use the websites or contact channels to submit unlawful content, malicious software or unsolicited bulk messages, attempt unauthorised access or deliberately disrupt the service.
Texts, photographs, graphics, brand signs and downloadable materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Their availability does not transfer those rights. Obtain permission where your intended use requires it. This does not limit permitted use or other exceptions provided by law.
External links lead to services controlled by their own operators. Consult their terms and privacy information before using them.
Questions and technical complaints
Send website complaints to office@spalberg.eu, describing the relevant page, what happened and a contact address for our response. Device or browser details may help diagnose a technical fault; provide only what is necessary. We will examine the report and reply without undue delay.
Product and commercial complaints are handled under the relevant agreement and applicable law. These website terms do not exclude or restrict rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

You can save or print these terms through your browser. Version: 26 October 2026. Updated terms will be published here when website features or applicable requirements change. A website update does not itself amend a separately concluded commercial agreement.
