Current use of cookies and browser storage
The public websites do not currently set HTTP cookies or load analytics, advertising pixels or third-party tracking tools. They use limited browser storage for the functions listed below. Browser storage is different from a cookie, but rules on storing or accessing information on a device also apply to it.
The first-visit notice provides information. It does not ask you to agree to tracking, and continuing to browse is not treated as consent. Necessary storage for a function requested by you falls within the exception in Article 399(3) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
What is stored
- sitePrivacyNotice:v1 — localStorage on each domain separately. After you dismiss the informational notice, this stores only the notice version and dismissal time so it does not appear on every visit. It is valid for 180 days; an expired record is removed when the site is next visited. You may clear it earlier through browser settings.
- spalbergLocale — language preference; localStorage on spalberg.eu only. A language explicitly selected through the website or a language URL parameter is remembered until you change it or clear the site's browser data. It does not identify you.
- spalbergQuote — sessionStorage on spalberg.eu only. Product references selected for an enquiry are kept for the tab’s browsing session. Removing products updates this record; clearing the selection removes it. This entry does not contain contact details. Browser session restoration can also restore session data.
- spalbergQuoteQuantities — sessionStorage on spalberg.eu only. Quantities and units are stored by product reference for the current enquiry. Removing a product also removes its quantity; clearing the selection removes this record. It otherwise lasts for the tab’s browsing session and contains no contact details.
- spalbergInquiryAttempt — sessionStorage on spalberg.eu only. When you submit, a request UUID and SHA-256 digest of the submitted data are saved to prevent duplicate sending if you retry after an uncertain response. It contains no message body or contact details in plain text. It is removed after confirmed acceptance, replaced when you submit different data, or ends with the tab’s session; browser session restoration may restore it.
Viewing or clearing these settings
You can reopen the information from the cookies and privacy link in the footer. Your browser’s site-data controls allow you to inspect or delete localStorage and sessionStorage, including the notice record, language, selected products and sending-attempt record. Blocking storage may prevent preferences, the enquiry selection or retry identifiers from being remembered; the public information remains available.
Storage on spalberg.eu is separate from storage on beautyelegance.eu. Dismissing a notice on one does not dismiss it on the other. No cross-site visitor identifier is created.
If optional tools are introduced
Any future optional analytics, marketing or similar tools requiring consent must be blocked before consent. The notice and this information would be updated with the actual purposes, providers and durations, with a genuine choice to accept or refuse and an accessible way to withdraw consent. There are no optional tracking categories to enable in the current version.
